UPDF Recruitment Exercise, Officer Arrested over Bribery

The UPDF has arrested one their own, the officer who was caught on camera receiving a receiving bribes at the Kololo Independence grounds during the recruitment exercise into the force. Col. Sam Mboona was arrested this morning and has been detained as investigations continue regarding what exactly could have gone wrong. Sheila Tusiime Mugisha.
