Police Officers Before Court Martial

Seven police officers and two foreign nationals have been charged at the General Court Martial with two counts of kidnap. The officers who include top rank cops like Joel Aguma, a commandant at the Professional standards unit and Nixon Agasirwe a former commandant of the Special Operations unit were charged with kidnapping and handing over to Rwanda two dissidents that include former Presidential bodyguard Joel Mutabazi.
