Kadaga Vows to Instill Discipline in Parliament

The Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga vows not to allow any legislator breach the rules of procedure of the House as it is likely to taint the image of the national legislative assembly. Kadaga says the parliamentary chamber is the only place where national people’s representatives are supposed to deliberate from rather than using it as a boxing ring.
