The role of the army in Parliament has once again come into question – after its legislators were this week seen supporting the ruling NRM in the debate to amend article 102 (B) of the Constitution to remove Presidential age limit. Speaking to NBS earlier today, Crispy Kaheru, the Coordinator of the Citizens’ Coalition for Electoral Democracy, has called for the review of the status of Uganda’s special groups in parliament particularly the army.
