URI Sensitizes Communities on Marriage Laws

One of the causes of property insecurity for women in Uganda is the lack of understanding of the different types of marriage recognized by law. Busoga region for example suffers a high rate of cohabiting, which exposes many women to losing all they have worked for during marriage.
