Article 102(b) Was Smuggled into the Constitution – NRM

A twist in the Age limit bill debate as the NRM turns up to claim that a section of clauses were smuggled into the Constitution of Uganda including the now controversial Article 102(b) that refrains a person beyond 75 years to stand for Presidency. The NRM group that was led by Deputy Secretary general of NRM Richard Tadwong was appearing before the Legal and Parliamentary affairs committee to present their views on the Age Limit Bill
