Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago Summons Kamya and Jenniffer Musisi

Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago has decried the infighting within Kampala Capital City Authority that has stalled work.
Lukwago says the Kampala minister Beti Olive Kamya and the Executive Director Jennifer Musisis have failed to agree on the 30% salary increment for the political wing that was meant to be affected at the start of this financial year.
