Muntu Moves to Consult on Plans

Former FDC president Maj general Mugisha muntu now says he will head back to the country side to carry out wide consultations on the way forward as his supporters continue to push for a third force to wrestle for political power. Speaking to journalists from hotel Africana ,general muntu insisted that the decision on whether or not to form a new entity will rely on views from not just FDC members but from all Ugandans yearning for change
