Stop Abandoning Cases- Chief Justice

The chief justice Bart Katurebe has instructed judges to always clear cases before them ahead of their retirement or transfer
This followed complaints by some judges that some of their colleagues abandon cases on retirement or transfer which has increased the case backlog.
