Mbale Land Bonanza, One Detained For Taking Forest Land

Jordan Mubangizi MBALE LAND PROBE DAY 4 7 December A commission of inquiry into land matters that has pitched camp in Mbale has heard that a private developer, one Hamis Masa went against the orders of the IGG to grab Mbale forest reserve, cutting down trees for sale and opening space to construct a recreation Centre Mansa with impunity has since refused to vacate the forest land inspite of repeated calls to do so.
