Brig. Lokech Named Contingent Commander
Brig Paul Lokech has replaced Brigadier Kayanja Muhanga as the new Contingent Commander of the Uganda People’s Defence Force (UPDF) serving under the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM). Brigadier Lokech will be serving as Contingent Commander for the second time; having previously manned the office in 2011/2012.
