A group self proclaimed gangsters who claim they have been in command of several robberies, burglaries and murders around Kampala and the whole country at large have come out and confessed reform with the aim of providing security information to state security organs. Paddy Serunjogi, also known as Sobbie, is the team leader of these gang men who says their resolve to withdraw from the vices is as a result of being engaged by different members of society.
