Children caretaker institutions are being challenged to take such children through real life skills before they leave these institutions at the age of 18. The call follows a report by SOS children Villages on Employability and Decent Work for Young People Leaving Care, which among other findings indicates that many of these children still struggle with issues of self-esteem.
