Improving Household Incomes

Government handouts to citizens in form of cash with the hope of alleviating poverty are believed to be creating more consumers than entrepreneurs. Charles Ocici the executive director of Enterprise Uganda says efforts should instead be channeled towards changing people’s attitude to become entrepreneurs by providing them with seed capital and machinery.
