Kagame Calls For Readying For a Transition


In his second address to the National Congress since re-election, Rwanda President Paul Kagame has yet again urged the party to think about the future. Kagame who was overwhelmingly elected for a 7 year term this year has been urging the ruling party to start conversations on transition and what it would look like for the Rwandan people. His address yet again focused on the youth. Raymond Mujuni is in Kigali and reports.
