'Stick to the Bible or Remove the Cassock.' Ofwono Responds to the Clergy

Government has hit back at religious leaders, advising them to abandon the pulpits and join politics. Government spokesperson Ofwono Opondo while reacting to Christmas messages by the clerics in which they castigated parliament for passing the controversial constitutional ammendments bill, said the clergy who are not content with the 10th Parliament should throw away their cassock and get directly involved into politics.
