Court Fails to Forward Case of Suspended MPs Due to lack of Funds

The civil division of the high court has failed to forward the case of the suspended MPs to the Constitutional court for lack of funds to make the required number of copies for all judges. Meanwhile City socialite Brian Kirumira also known as Bryan White alongside his co-accused have been released by the Makindye Chief Magistrate’s court on a cash bail of ten million shillings. The two were released after court found their sureties substantial and were each bonded twenty million shillings not cash.
