Poor Service Delivery in Tororo Hindering Development –

Tororo sub county chiefs believe poor funding from the central government is hindering development in the area. The chiefs say sub counties for example; receive meager resources from the district that cannot cater for the services required by their people. In this story told by David Ocheing, the chief receive 3.6 million shillings for the feeder roads, which far little compared to the kilometers of feeder roads that they have to maintain.
