NGOs Dissuade President on Death Penalty
The Uganda National NGO Forum has urged president Yoweri Museveni to delay any plans of pushing for the abolition of the death penalty as he had promised, saying it is not the right way to curb crime. The Executive Director Uganda National NGO Forum Richard Ssewakiryanga was addressing the media on what transpired in the country during the year 2017.
