All Not Well At City Hall as Technical Staff Boycotts Session

THE technical wing of Kampala Capital City Authority has vowed not to attend a meeting called by the lord mayor telling him to put his house in order. A letter authored by the office of the executive director, which in part quotes the events of last week where some technical staff was locked in the chambers by the counsellors, the technical wing has vowed never to attend lukwago’s meeting if he does not address his rowdy team.
