Police in Kampala last night arrested 300 suspects accusing of causing mayhem during festivities to usher in the New Year. Kampala Metropolitan Police acting Spokesperson Luke Oweyesigyire told NBS earlier today most of the suspects are accused of snatching mobile phones;
