Archbishop Cyprian Kizito Lwanga Hit Back at Museveni, "We Will Not Shut Up"

The Archbishop of Kampala, Dr. Cyprian Kizito Lwanga says it is the responsibility of the religious leaders to guide other leaders when they are doing things the wrong way. Dr. Lwanga says the church cannot keep quite when political leaders are taking the wrong path.
