Economist On Referedum

Economists have described the planned referendum on the lifting of the term of the president as suicide which if effected will cripple the country’s economy. Dr. Fred Muhumuza a senior economist says the country is already heavily indebted and any farther unplanned expenditure will leave it leaping.
