A Report from the Equal opportunity commission indicates that the overall national compliance to gender and equity in the recent presented sector budget framework has improved by only 1%. According to the Sylvia Muwebwa the chairperson Equal Opportunity commission, despite the improvement, some sectors still need extra attention.
