Lukwago Reacts to Boda Boda 2010

Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago spells doom for the country if all members of Boda Boda 2010 and those behind their illegal activities are not arrested. Lukwago says for now, he can’t be excited about the crack down on the notorious group, arguing that the military operation simply explains a big security problem in the country. Benson Ongom reports
