Parliament on Misuse of Government Vehicles

The opposition Chief whip and Kira Municipality Legislator Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda has moved a motion for a resolution of Parliament to review provision of Vehicles to political Leaders, Public servants and Civil servants. The motion is motivated by what has been described as increasing government expenditure on vehicles in realm of procurement, maintenance and purchase of fuel. The Legislator also wants a review of the personnel that is entitled to vehicles which are allegedly many a times misused.
