Fake Agriculture Inputs Discouraging Investment in Agriculture

Government has been challenged to carry out its regulatory role in the agriculture sector to ensure that the market is free of fake agricultural inputs. According to Gideon Badagawa, the executive director at the Private Sector Foundation Uganda, this will encourage more people especially the youth to embrace the sector, which has a wide variety of employment opportunities compared to other economic sectors.
