Reforming Civil Aviation Industry in Uganda

Flight captain Mike Mukula is pushing for reforms in the aviation industry that will see Civil Aviation Authority barred from carrying out monopoly rights over the management of the airport and regulation. Speaking during his interface with the committee on infrastructure, the Eastern region NRM vice chairperson also called for reforms on how the board is constituted in order to ensure effectiveness and to improve ratings of the country’s aviation industry
