Acholi War Victims Petition Kadaga

Over 23,000 war victims in Acholi sub-region have petitioned the Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga over delayed payment of their Compensation. Represented by their leaders from the eight districts that make up Acholi Sub-region, the war victims also asked the Speaker to set up an investigation into the alleged misappropriation or diversion of 51 billion shillings meant for their compensation.
