It was an emotional event as thousands flocked Wigweng in Kitgum district to celebrate and reflect on the life and legacy of former Archbishop Janan Luwum who was murdered by the then govt of Idi Amin in 1977. The Prime Minister Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda officiated at the event.
