Mubuku Irrigation Scheme Land Grabbed

Private developers have grabbed upto 2,000 acres of land belonging to Mubuku irrigation scheme affecting the effectiveness of the once model project in east and central Africa. These are part of the findings of the land probe committee that is currently pitched in Kasese to investigate the mass land issues in the region.
