Boda Boda Riders Reckless on Roads

The death of a re-known investigative journalist Teddy Sezi Cheeye has sparked off another public discussion on Uganda’s road safety. And there is a lot finger pointing. Some legislators say motorcyclists popularly referred to as Boda Boda cyclists are extremely reckless while others say road users often are in breach of the traffic laws.
