HIV+ Pupils Abandon ARVs Over Hunger

In Soroti district, pupils living with HIV are struggling to get their Anti Retroviral drugs. The reason, lack of meals at school. This follows a famine that has ravaged the Teso sub-region over the past three months. The rather life threatening situation is compounded by the stigmatization they face at the hands of other pupils. And now they are forced to avoid school.
