Civil Society Organisations Raise Concerns on Budget Frame Work Paper 2018/2019

Budgetary allocations in the 2018/2019 Budget framework paper, continue to raise debate, with the civil society questioning allocations to key sectors of the economy. They cite the Agriculture sector which employs over 70 percent of the country’s populations but remains underfunded unlike Works and energy that normally take a lion’s share of the national resource envelope.
