‘KCCA Cannot Publicize Jobs Due to Underfunding’

The Kampala Capital City Authority Executive Director Jennifer Musisi has defended a controversial staff recruitment model where the Authority head hunts its employees rather than advertising available jobs as is done by other government agencies. Musisi was before the City Authority’s Public Accounts Committee to answer queries from the Auditor General’s report for financial year 2011/12. Innocent Nabasa has the details.
