Minister Kibuule Cited in UCU Land Grabbing

Uganda Christian University (U.C.U) has dragged state minister for water Ronald Kibule the commission of inquiry on land accusing him of forcefully grabbing its land and constructing on it a residential palace the accusation comes just weeks after the same commission returned to the residents of Buikwe land the minister had allegedly grabbed from them
