A Look at KCCA FC's Model System

KCCA FC made history on Saturday as the first local club to reach the group stages of the CAF champion’s league following their 1-0 victory over Ethiopia’s St. George. Achieving this was never by mistake but by design. On the 4th of August 2017 I visited KCCA FC’s home grounds at lugogo to find out how Coach Mike Mutebi manages this club that is fast becoming a model in Ugandan football. In this report I take you back to the systems I discovered that perhaps could be the secret to this club’s admirable success.
