Major Gen. Kasirye Ggwanga Misses Pipping Ceremony

The newly promoted officers of the UPDF have been peeped but with Maj General Kasirye Gwanga making no show at a ceremony which took place at Mbuya Military barracks Only 62 of the 1382 senior UPDF officers were adorned during today’s ceremony with another ceremony in the waiting for the remaining officers.
