Museveni, Kagame Meet to Strengthen Rwanda and Uganda Relations

A three-hour long meeting of the Presidents of Rwanda and Uganda has quelled reports of diplomatic tensions between the two countries. Kagame visited Uganda on a one-day working visit to talk to Museveni about concerns that the Rwandan government had raised on the safety of Rwandan citizens among other things.
