Museveni to Blame for Failed Talks – Ssemujju

After President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga publicly buried their political hatchets to forge a new Kenya, political pundits in Uganda have expressed reservation on whether President Museveni and his long time political contender Retired Col Dr. Kizza Besigye can pick a leaf from Kenya. The opposition chief whip Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda says earlier attempts at reconciliation between Museveni and Besigye failed after Museveni set conditions taking care of his interests.
