UCDA Makes Great Progress with Single Window System

As Uganda slowly embraces the electronic way of doing business, government has been called on to invest in quality broadband which will enable the smooth flow of such businesses. Dr. Mukhisa Kituyi is the Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, who says the 21st century infrastructure does not only end at laying railways and roads, but also providing cheap and quality internet to facilitate trade.
