Museveni Intervenes in Kadaga/Namuganza Rift

The FUED between the Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga and Lands Minister Persis Namuganza to be mediated by the HEAD OF State after the NRM vice chairperson for eastern Uganda Capt Mike Mukula asked the rules committee of parliament to halt their investigations. Appearing before the Committee on rules, discipline and privileges that is investigating the matter, Captain Mike Mukula argued that Parliament cannot solve these political misunderstandings between the two and their investigations are likely to cause more harm than solving the problem.
