Internet Tax Proposal to Be Tabled Before Parliament

Ministry of Finance is set to present the new proposals on internet use tax before before parliament , in a move geared at increasing country’s revenue collections. According to Francis Twinamastiko the assistant commissioner tax policy department in the ministry of Finance, upon approval by parliament the new tax shall be effected starting the coming financial year as of 1st July.
