Chief Justice Bart Katureebe Blames Case Backlog on Lazy Lawyers

Chief Justice Bart Katurebe has attributed Uganda’s current case backlog on what he describes as a case of laziness among lawyers. The Chief justice is concerned that some lawyers don’t prepare well for their case only to make excuses before presiding judges seeking postponement of cases. Richard Olwenyi has more.
