Corrupt Judges to be Investigated

The issue of increased case backlog continues to haunt Chief Justice Bart Katureebe which he says has been caused more by the laxity of the men on the bench. speaking to the newly appointed judges of the high court, Katurebe said any judicial officer found sleeping on the job will pay a hefty penalty.
