When you talk about the real estate business in Uganda and how it has evolved over the years, the name Patrick Kasulu whose company Property Masters became a household name in the 2000s comes to mind. But like some businesses in Uganda, property Masters and its proprietor crumbled under the weight of accusations of fraud and lawsuits.
