Kadaga – Namuganza War of Words

Legal brains have spoken out on the engagement of the Parliamentary rules committee’s in the ongoing tiff between the Speaker Rebecca Kadaga and State Minister for Lands Persis Namuganza saying it is illegal. This comes as the Committee chair Clement Obote plans to write to the speaker, seeking clarification on allegations made against her as Kamuli Woman MP by the Minister. According to Constitutional lawyer Erias Lukwago this contravenes the bills of rights and Parliamentary rules of procedures.
