Remembering the Rwandan Genocide
The Rwanda high commissioner in Uganda Major General Francis Mugambaje has cautioned Rwandese nationals living in Uganda against extremist ideologies. Speaking during the 24th genocide commemoration in Kasensero, Kyotera District Maj. Gen Mugambage said the 1994 Rwanda genocide was planned by violent extremist groups whose members are still seething with hatred.
