Challenges Ahead for KMP Commander

The new KMP commander Moses Kafeero has said the Police’s rush to arrest suspects is responsible for the disrespect of the 48 hour rule before one is produced in the courts of law. As he takes up his new office, Kafeero says he is ready to counter the challenges ahead to clear the police image and improve community policing.
