Muhwezi asks Court to Protect Land from Mubiru

Former Minister Maj. Gen. Jim Muhwezi has petitioned high court seeking to overturn a decision of the lower court over a contested piece of land in Kyamula Makyindye Division. This after Makindye Magistrates court last week ruled that the land in question belongs to one James Mubiru. High court registrar Deo Nzeyimana adjourned the hearing to 9th May 2018.
